Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Excellent staff, brand-new room with tea and a good bathroom, for example. Incredible, amazing location in Westminster Borough district near public transport and different stores, sightseeings, Oxford street, tube and bus stations, and Lancaster Gate Tube.
Way too small bathroom.

Everything was simply perfect. Sincerely, it was a very lovely stay by one night. Stunning and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and bars near to the hotel. This classy venue was 200 metres from the underground station.

The location was perfect, close to Paddington Station where we explored iconic spots including the amphitheatre at Sheldon Square, hosting fun summer events. The staff were attentive.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

During our two-night stay, the room was nicely appointed, though noise from the corridor was disruptive. The hotel staff were friendly, but it could benefit from better soundproofing. Check-in was efficient, and the location made exploring the city easy.

Nice stay with friendly vibes
The staff were super nice and helped us check in quickly. The room was spacious with an actual bathtub, a surprise. The location is great for hitting up Hyde Park events, too! Only thing is, there wasn't much action in the bar area .
